工艺流程：QDR←显影→QDR←显影→QDR 

工艺槽功能：循环过滤 + 加热冷却 + 上下抖动 + 硅片滚动 

主要材料：金属骨架 + PVC/PPW 壳板，槽体采用 PPN/PVDF 材质 

运送方式：手动传送 

节拍时间：依工艺 5 - 15 mins 可调
